At Artist's Lavka, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:
-In its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags
-In the original packaging
-Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at artistslavka@gmail.com.Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at artistslavka@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
-Custom or personalized artwork
-Perishable goods (e.g., flowers or plants)
-Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
-Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
-Gift cards and sale items.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: It may take your bank or credit card provider additional time to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at artistslavka@gmail.com.
